Order Processing Time

  • All orders are handmade and processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be clearly communicated.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free standard shipping is offered on eligible orders when a promotional code is applied or when otherwise stated on the website.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days (U.S.)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact your local carrier

We will do our best to assist with claims, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
