Mimi's Boutique Refund/Return Policy
At Mimis Boutique, we want you to love your skin and your shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address.To start a return, you can contact us at admin@mimisboutique.net.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item(s). We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. -
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
